We are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.

Have you ever read a beautiful poem that really stood out to you?

What about a beautiful painting that left you awe-struck so much that you couldn't look away?

Whether you’re a poetry fan or not, in the Greek language, it uses a beautiful word for workmanship that translates to “poem” or “poetry.”

This means your life is poetry in motion, handwritten by God Himself that goes forth and accomplishes all He desires in your life!

How cool is that?

So the next time you feel like your life is bland, or you yourself are bland, remind yourself that you are literally God’s poetry.

As we yield to His will for our lives, we get to see this beautiful poetry unfold before our very eyes.

Whether you realize it or not, you are God’s masterpiece of workmanship.

Before you were even born, He knew you and saw what He wanted to accomplish through you.

He took time to handcraft everything about you and the story of your life here on earth.

The more you pursue Him and allow the Holy Spirit to inwardly transform you, the more you become a vessel for His glory and you will see His good works through you!

People will take one look at you and notice something is different, because the artistic and poetic signature of God’s touch is anointed over your life!

Prayer: Lord, what a wonderful artist and poet you are. Help me to yield to you, Lord, for I want to be a vessel of your glory, good works, and display your amazing love to others through my life!
