For it is by grace that you have been saved, through faith—not by works, so that no one can boast.

Have you ever considered the depth of Christ’s love for you?  

Did you know that there is absolutely nothing you can do that will make Him love you less or more?  

• God made you in His image.
• You have inherent worth and value to Him.
• He sent His only Son to die for your sins.  

That’s how much He loves you.  

I think so many times; we forget the magnitude of that. We get so involved in our messes or problems that we forget the incredible sacrifice of Christ.   

Each day, we have the incredible privilege of reading God’s Word--His actual love language to us. It is the living, breathing Word of God.  

Therefore, what we understand from a passage one day may bring something totally new the next. God’s love for us and Christ’s sacrifice is a gift. All we have to do is accept it.   

Sometimes, we will fail Him because we are not perfect. We cannot work our way into acceptance or eternity. It isn’t possible. That’s why God sent Christ. He paid the penalty we deserve. He took the death we deserved. Instead, He offers us freedom and eternity with Him. How completely beautiful is that?   

Prayer: Jesus, thank you for taking on my sin and forgiving me. Thank you for loving me so much. I am so grateful. Amen.
