Doesn’t your heavenly Father already know the things your bodies require? “So above all, constantly seek God’s kingdom and his righteousness, then all these less important things will be given to you abundantly. Refuse to worry about tomorrow, but deal with each challenge that comes your way, one day at a time. Tomorrow will take care of itself.”  - Matthew 6:32-34

- Matthew 6:32-34

Sometimes we can forget how close God really is.

People will question how He could possibly know each of us personally or even care about the tiny details that make up our life.

The truth is, He IS able to know each of us personally and know every detail because He is God!

A god who couldn’t know everything about their own creation is no god at all!

Because God cares so much about you, He is well aware of the condition and needs of your body.

His word promises to take care of us as we are His beloved children.

When we lean into His word and choose to seek first His kingdom and righteousness, worrying about things such as food, clothing, shelter and finances will become a thing of the past.

God wants you to spend your time and energy into your relationship with Him, not into worrying about needs that He has already promised to take care of.

When you cast off your worry at His feet and choose to seek His face, you will be primed and ready to hear where His voice is leading you.

He designed you to dwell in His presence in the present, where you can put aside worldly pursuits and lean into the eternal reality of His kingdom.

Today, refuse to worry about tomorrow and what’s coming! When stress tries to eat away at you, press further into the Lord and entrust your future into His loving hands. He has promised to take care of every need, and He will never leave your side.

With Love,
Paper Sunday

Thank you for this beautiful reminder that as we seek God first, we have no need to worry.
