Until you stand up to them, they will follow you around making you feel small and terrified.

Worry presents itself as legitimate, but is usually based on things that are not true!

Worry and constant planning might give us the illusion of control, but the high price is fatigue for you and tension for others.

If something is lovely or brings peace it is worthy of your thought life. (Phil4)

Today: It takes self-discipline to wrangle your thought life, but God says we can do it and He will help us!
